We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return all products within 30 days of delivery upon receipt.
You can initiate a return or a refund on items by clicking on 'Contact Us' next to the item you wish to request a return or a refund and Family Avenue Support Team will be ready to assist.
We aim to process all requests within 72 hours upon receiving. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order excluding cancellation fee of 10% which will be deducted from the total amount.
In the event that a gift card is applied to an order and that order is refunded for any reason, any gift cards used in that order will not be refunded.
At this time, we cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Family Avenue store. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items which were on Special Promotion cannot be refunded, such as items offered for Free + Paid Shipping or items under $10.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items which are defective or arrived damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our contact form or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the steps to get it replaced.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
